Izzi started her career by training and qualifying as a Solicitor at Bates Wells Braithwaite. At BWB she worked in the Charity and Social Enterprise Team with a particular focus on Education clients. She left the law to work as a Volunteer Coordinator for a large housing association and youth focused project. Most recently, she co-founded and project managed the opening of East London Arts and Music (ELAM) - a 16-19 free school specializing in industry-focused, vocational music education in Stratford.On Purpose Placements
