Kate joined On Purpose from EY, where she had worked for the past six years, specialising in employment tax. Kate's worked across a diverse range of clients but developed particular expertise in the telecommunications and media industries. One of her key projects was to advise on the employment status of a public figure. She also was seconded to three different organisations where she provided specialist input on organizational priorities. Prior to joining EY, Kate worked as part of a team to analyse the responses to the Scottish Government's consultation on Same Sex Marriage. Kate is an Economics graduate from the University of York and has also qualified as a chartered tax advisor. Kate loves to travel but is at her happiest on a deserted beach on a remote Scottish island.
