Nikesh Sharma
Prior to joining On Purpose, Nikesh was a solicitor for a national law firm and specialised in defending clinical negligence claims against General Practitioners and doctors in private practice. Nikesh ran a varied caseload, in terms of medical specialism and value, and he also advised on healthcare governance (including sports medicine governance) and data protection law.Nikesh was an active member of his firm's CSR committee and he enjoyed providing pro bono legal advice to members of the community when volunteering at a free local legal advice clinic.
Nikesh is passionate about improving mental health in the workplace and has joined On Purpose to undertake work which has a positive impact on people's lives.
Nikesh completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Imperial College London and enjoys music and sport in his free time.
