Victoria Edwards
Prior to joining On Purpose, Victoria worked at The Fred Hollows Foundation, one of Australia's leading not-for-profit organisations. In her role as a project manager, she led the redesign and national scale up of a youth community engagement programme which won the 2018 Outstanding Achievement Award at the Australian Charity Awards.As an On Purpose Associate, Victoria worked at Zinc where she drove a 42% YOY increase in applications for their venture builder programme. She also developed the strategic framework for a new impact accelerator programme and created an impact model to drive business growth for an early stage tech startup. In her second placement at Day One Trust, she led the design and implementation of a programme to build students’ cultural capital (a key driver of social mobility) and co-created a process for ensuring student voice is represented in decision making.
Victoria holds degrees in International Relations and Public Communication and brings an international perspective to her work, having lived in Australia, Spain, Mexico and the UK.
