Georgina is a UK-qualified solicitor and has worked at a top global law firm for 7.5 years advising public and private sector clients on corporate, commercial and financial aspects of international infrastructure projects with a particular interest in renewable energy. She also acted for a variety of pro bono clients and as a mentor and trainer for the International Lawyers for Africa programme.
Just before joining On Purpose, Georgina took a career break to pursue a dream of volunteering on a remote cattle ranch in Argentina. She learnt to “lasso” and speak Spanish (gaucho-style). Her particular interests include reducing food waste, sustainable agriculture and nutrition education. Georgina has a joint honours degree in French and Linguistics from Oxford University.
